Mercurial
As of July 2009, the K-3D sources are maintained in decentralized Mercurial repositories. Due to their decentralized nature, there can be multiple K-3D repositories depending on the circumstances:
Official
The official K-3D repository is hosted by SourceForge. See K-3D Mercurial for details on how to access the repository. You may also Browse K-3D Mercurial online. For those already familiar with Mercurial, use
$ hg clone http://k3d.hg.sf.net/hgweb/k3d/k3d
Personal
Individual K-3D developers maintain their own Mercurial repositories where features are developed and tested prior to inclusion in the official repository. If you are interested in a specific feature under development, you may want to pull a developers' repository directly:
Tim Shead's Repositories
Tim creates repositories on an as-needed basis when working on new features. You can see Tim's public repositories at http://bitbucket.org/tshead.
Bart Janssen's Repository
$ hg clone https://k3d-bart.googlecode.com/hg
Subversion
Until recently, the K-3D sources after version 0.6 were maintained using a Subversion repository hosted by SourceForge. See K-3D SVN for details on how to access the repository. You may also Browse K-3D SVN online.
CVS
The K-3D sources prior to version 0.6 were maintained using a CVS repository hosted by SourceForge, see K-3D CVS for details on how to access the repository. You may also Browse K-3D CVS online.
