The following list shows the important of nurbs editing operations as far an end user artist would likely be concerned. (At least from Joe Crawford's perspective.) It is in descending order or importance.

Draw CV curve tool - A tool that draws a curve based on clicking in the viewport once for each new CV. Right clicking ends the drawing operation. Dragging with LMB creates the CV and moves it around until the LMB is released. Pushing backspace deletes the last CV created.

Optional features that would really improve usability: Clicking and dragging on an already created CV moves it. Clicking on the first CV again creates a closed curve and also ends the drawing operation. (****Add description of method for drawing from other end of curve, and drawing in the middle of curve.)
