In the section Source Release

  • Point 1. - add a note to coordinate with a Win32 user for the Win32 build, ensure that they will be available to build and release the Win32 installers. i.e. the primary release manager will oversee the Win32 release even if they don't do it themselves.

In the section Win32 Binary Release

  • Point 5. if building from .tar how can we update CVS with changes?
