K-3D 0.6.7 (Stable)

	Distribution Link Size Notes Debian k3d_0.6.7.0-2+b2_i386.deb 10 MB On the Debian K-3D page check the dependencies to download them all. Although you should install it from your package manager. Fedora F-8 repoview 10 MB K-3D can be installed from the Fedora software installer. It is available since FC-4. F-8 currently provides version 0.6.7.0. See also this page.

Note: The aqsis installer brokes the PATH environment variable. Check here how to fix it. Mac OS X
	There is no Mac OSX package for version 0.6.7. Although version 0.7 does have (development version). If you are interested you can build it from source.

	There are no binaries for Linux right now. You should try downloading the source andbuilding it

Hardware Requirements

K-3D will run on any computer, but a hardware accelerated OpenGL graphic board is highly recommended.
As a guide here you have a recommended system:

• CPU: 400Mhz
• RAM: 256 MB
• Video: A good OpenGl card
• Hard Disk : About 150mb of disk space should be more than enough. (if you are going to compile it you will need between 0.5-2Gb depending on the options)

Also take in count that most of the K-3D documentation is online. So you will probably need a internet connection. (downloading Video Tutorials could be considered as a workaround)
